Before creating this community, I owned a consultancy in Europe.

I was successful by the metrics others looked at: money and recognition.

But I felt empty inside, lacking meaning, and I was lonely as a leader.

That realisation is what led me to build something different.

I moved to Dubai, started over, and built a life around work that actually gives me energy: coaching, advising, and creating rooms where leaders can be honest instead of performing.

Conscious Leaders Dubai is one of those rooms, and one fragment of what I do.
