Defining And Living Your Values

February Session Theme: Defining And Living Your Values

We all talk about values.
Integrity. Freedom. Growth. Balance. Purpose.

Most people choose values with their head, and that’s why they don’t guide decisions when it really matters.

This month, in Aligned Integrated Sessions, we’re doing something different.

Instead of picking values from a list, we will extract them from your lived experiences, the moments that shaped you, challenged you, and revealed what truly matters to you.

Values are not slogans.
They are not aspirations.
They are not words that look good on LinkedIn.

Values are emotional patterns encoded by your past experiences.
And when they are clear, decisions become simpler, faster, and more aligned.

In this session, you will:

  • Understand what values really are (and what they are not)

  • Use your own life stories to reveal authentic values

  • Work with a structured process (supported by your favorite AI tool) to surface patterns without self-judgment

  • Validate and refine your values through real human dialogue

By the end of the workshop, you will leave with 5 core values that feel right, and follow-up exercises to start recognising and living them in your personal and professional lives.

This is not theory!
We do the work live, together, in pairs and small groups.

Practical Information:

🗓 Date: Sunday, February the 8th

Duration: 90 minutes

📍 Format: Live online workshop

See you there,
Matthieu
